Management
Theresa Moore is President and Founder of T-Time Productions.
T-Time develops and produces unique programming and content for
various media platforms including television, film, online/broadband
and wireless. Current projects involve topics such as genealogy,
sports, education, spirituality and youth empowerment.
Moore has extensive experience with Fortune 500 companies in the
areas of Marketing, Advertising Sales and Business Affairs including
business development and content acquisition. While at ESPN, she
handled advertising sales for leagues and sporting events such as
MLB, Wimbledon, the World Cup and the NCAA. Her business affairs
responsibilities included the acquisition and negotiation of content/programming
for the company's new media platforms including ESPN.com, ESPN360
and Mobile ESPN. In addition to these other responsibilities, she
also created an audience development platform for the ESPN networks
that included a programming initiative entitled "The Block Party".
"The Block Party", which aired for three seasons, effectively targeted
the urban audience and advertisers seeking to reach this audience.
Additionally, she created "Images in Black and White", a documentary
that aired on ESPN in February 2005 as a part of the network's programming
schedule for Black History Month.
Moore also worked at The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta where she developed and executed strategic marketing and promotional plans for some of the world's premiere sports properties including the 1996 Centennial Olympic Games, NASCAR, the 1998 Men's World Cup, the 1999 FIFA Women's World Cup and the NBA. Her responsibilities also included ethnic marketing and promotions. Prior to this, she worked for Chubb Insurance as an underwriting manager with responsibilities for financial and liability analysis and risk management.
Moore received her BA from Harvard University and her Masters of Business Administration from Emory University in Atlanta. She was a participant in the inaugural class of the NAMIC Executive Leadership and Development Program at the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA. The national program identifies minorities who are considered future leaders within the media and communications industries. She has also completed extensive coursework at New York University in the areas of development, production, entertainment law and production company management.
Moore serves as a mentor for women at ESPN and NAMIC and is an advisor/panelist for Managing Leadership for Tomorrow. She is on the boards of The Harvard Varsity Club and the New York Opportunity Network and serves on the Junior Committee of the New York City Mission Society. In 2002, she was inducted into the International Scholar Athlete Hall of Fame and was a recipient of the 2005 Harlem YMCA Salute to Black Achievers in Industry award.
She is a member of the National Association of Multi-Ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC), NY Women in Film and Television (NYWIFT) and Women in Sports and Events (WISE).
